Industrial Energy Efficiency & Combined Heat and Power

The Wisconsin State Energy Office (SEO) received $75,000 from the US Department of Energy (DOE) to implement its Turning Waste to Cash in Wisconsin project. An inclusive stakeholder group has been created to eplore the current state of play for industrial energy efficiency (IEE) and combined heat and power (CHP) in Wisconsin. The group will identify market and non-market barriers to IEE and CHP deployment in order to develop a replicable, sustainable and effective action plan to eliminate these barriers, with the ultimate goal of stimulating the economy, creating jobs and protecting the environment.
